On 14.07.2006, FairPlay Residential Properties AD registered with the Special Pledges Registry a pledge on short-term assets, namely on a foreign exchange deposit with CB Bulgarian Post Bank AD-Sofia on amount of EUR 5,500,000. The purpose of the special pledge is to secure receivables of the bank on an overdraft contract, concluded between FairPlay Residential Properties AD and CB Bulgarian Post Bank AD. The special pledge shall be valid until the date of the final repayment of the liability as per the overdraft contract, which is 13.08.2006.
